Invoca Migrates to ClearStar Cloud PBX With Aseva's Help

Invoca is a local Santa Barbara company that delivers a complete marketing automation platform designed for inbound phone calls. The company has been expanding rapidly, and six months ago Invoca called Aseva for help to put in place a scalable communications solution that could keep up with their incredible growth.

Invoca’s Director of Human Resources, Andrea Nelson, says of their relationship with Aseva: “My experience with Impulse has been extremely positive. We are a rapidly growing technology startup and Impulse gets this. The team is always eager to help us and with their expertise and knowledge, they provide scalable solutions that meet our business needs. We’ve been working with Aseva since 2013. During this time, the Impulse team has proven to be very responsive and they resolve our problems quickly. They are proactive and great with communication. I highly recommend working with Impulse!”

Aseva migrated Invoca off their on-site Asterisk VoIP system to ClearStar, our cloud based PBX.  Switching to the cloud allowed Invoca to quickly and easily order phones and locate them anywhere in the United States, without having to worry about scaling their own internal equipment. Since switching to ClearStar Invoca has seen tremendous growth, sometimes ordering 10 new phones a week!
