A network loop affecting multiple providers at One Wilshire, a major peering hub in Los Angeles, caused issues for a significant portion of Internet resources on the West coast. While the Aseva network was not directly impacted, our ability to reach other sites served from this facility was affected by the outage. Internet infrastructure such as DNS was affected by the outage, which caused further issues. The issue has been resolved. Please call us at (805) 884-6348 if you are experiencing persisting issue.

Aseva engineers have received an update from our upstream routing partner, Coresite. A loop in their network caused a reset and they are still investigating the route cause. This created network instability as routes reconverged. We are seeing services restore and are continuing to monitor stability, please call us at (805) 884-6348 if you are experiencing persisting issues

All indications point to a large-scale Cloudflare outage that is affecting connectivity to certain sites. We are monitoring the situation and will provide updates as more information becomes available.
