The upstream carrier encountered a delay while unearthing existing infrastructure and continue progress on the installation of new fiber cabling. The current estimated time to resolution is 8:00 AM PST. Further updates will be provided as they become available.

Our upstream carrier reports that additional infrastructure damage has been identified. Supplies have been allocated for additional repairs. The revised estimate for resolution is now 12 AM (midnight) tonight. Additional updates will be provided as they become available.

The NOC is actively working to restore 911 services as a top priority. Once 911 functionality has been re-established, efforts will shift toward the restoration of all remaining services. Fiber placement has been completed and splicing will begin soon. There is a tentative Estimated Time of Restoration (ETR) of 10:30 PM.
