ClearStar Executive-Assistant New Feature Set

Allow an assistant to decide which calls should make it through

ClearStar Executive and Executive-Assistant is a great, new feature set that allows for a variety of different assistant call flows.  The most basic scenario is an assistant that screens all external calls to their executive.  There are of course several variations of this, such as an executive that has a team of assistants or an assistant that works under several executives.

All scenarios allow for customizable Calling Line ID, call recall, screening, and filtering options.  Assistants have the ability to opt-in and out of their executive’s call flow, make calls using their executive’s Calling Line ID, and push active calls to their executive.

If your business can benefit from Executive-Assistant, be sure to give us a call 800.456.5800 or email us at clientservices@impulse.net to set you up with a demo!
