Easily work from any phone.
The ClearStar Flexible Seating feature eliminates the restriction for a user to only use his or her assigned phone. With this feature, a user can sign in to any host phone they would like with all the personal settings that exist on their primary phone. Not to be confused with a Shared Call Appearance, Flexible Seating allows for any user with this feature to sign in to any host phone. When they are done with the phone, their presence is removed from the phone.
How it works.
Imagine an office environment with several phones that are used by many employees. With Flexible Seating, the phones would be built as “hosts” that anyone could sign into. When the user is done for the day, they would simply sign out and the settings would be erased from the phone, leaving the phone ready for the next user to sign in. Easy as that!
