The Challenge

Gothic Landscape's network was fragmented across multiple locations with no centralized management or redundancy. Its IT team struggled to connect headquarters with remote offices, manage connectivity for 300+ employees working across job sites, and enforce consistent security policies. Gothic was also managing multiple internet carriers and paying for Cisco Umbrella, which added cost without delivering the integrated security and connectivity it needed to support its growth.

The Solution

Aseva's team deployed Cato x-series sockets to all 15 main locations, rolled out the Cato ZTNA client to 300+ employees, and designed a dual internet circuit strategy at mission-critical locations, coordinating with carriers to ensure redundancy and the right circuit types for each site.

Throughout the deployment, Aseva handled network design, Maintenance of Production Schedules (MOPs), and project management to ensure zero-downtime cutover across all locations. Aseva's experts also collaborated with Gothic's IT team to configure security policies and user groups, ensuring employees could access only the sites and resources they needed.
