Why now
Is your company still using AI as a glorified search engine and email summary tool?
That is level one of five. In ninety minutes we show you the other four with real examples from our own business, then you find the first task in your week to hand to AI.
Who should come
Business owners and the people who run the work.
Owners, general managers, operations and office managers, finance and sales leads. Anyone whose week includes work that repeats. You do not need a technical background. Bring your phone, the workshop half happens on it. Bring the person who'd actually use it.
What we cover
Five levels of AI. Each one fixes the last one's problem.
-
1
Ask better
A better search box. Ask a question, get a better answer.
The catch: It forgets everything the moment you close the window.
-
2
Give it memory
You give it your files and how your business works. It already knows the context when you start.
The catch: It only lives on your computer, and your data is going somewhere.
-
3
Custom apps
The app asks the same questions the same way, every time, for everyone on your team.
The catch: Somebody has to build it and host it.
-
4
Agents
You set a goal and the rules once. It works on its own and remembers what it did.
The catch: Hard to build right, and it costs money every time it runs.
-
5
Full context
AI that knows every meeting, email, and decision, and brings you what you need before you ask.
The catch: This is a system, not a product. Somebody has to own it.
Your hosts
Run by the people who did this inside Aseva first.
Aseva rebuilt its own operations around AI before selling any of it, and runs dozens of AI applications and agents inside its own business.

Chris Rose
VP, Cybersecurity and Network Operations
Built and runs Pluribus, the personal AI system shown at level five. He does not write code for a living.

Michael Papa
Vice President & General Manager
Runs finance, billing, account management, and sales at Aseva.

Questions people ask.
Do I need a technical background?
No. Everything is in plain English and the examples are from a normal business, not a software company.
Is this a sales pitch?
The first twenty minutes are a presentation and the rest is you working on your own tasks. At the end we offer a follow-up conversation to anyone who wants one. Nothing is required.
What should I bring?
Your phone, and three tasks you do every week that you would rather not do. Homework is optional, but people who arrive with their three get more out of the session.
Will my information be shown to the room?
What you enter in the workshop app is seen by you and the Aseva team running the session. Sharing with the room is voluntary. Nothing is built live on stage and nothing you enter leaves the session.
Where is it?
Fox Lake Country Club, 7220 N. State Park Road in Fox Lake. Parking is free at the club.
Is there a cost?
No. Lunch is provided.
Seats are limited. Save yours.
